I don’t even know this guy. How is this happening? I throw my head back and nearly buck from the tub as he reaches to pinch my clit. Reaching behind me, I claw at the tub for something to anchor me.
He hums as if he’s tasting the best thing he’s ever had in his life. I try my best to pull away, but he follows my hips down beneath the water.
I furrow my brows as I wonder how he’s breathing under there. However, that thought is lost as the buildup inside me comes to a crescendo and I cry out so loud I’m sure everyone in the building can hear me.
I lie back, panting as he comes up out of the water and pushes his blond hair out of his face. I’m in awe of him as water ripples down his chiseled chest. I take my gaze lower to see what he’s working with, but I don’t get the view I’m expecting to find.
Instead, I find myself alone once again, panting and needing more. What in the entire fuck just happened? Was that real? Can it be real sometime soon?
“Fuck, he would be the only dick I’ve ever wanted. This shit is for the birds,” I grumble to myself.
I decide to end my bath and make my call. Anything to get my mind off what just happened. My pussy is still pulsing.
Ardan
As soon as I step off the elevator, the scent of something delicious hits my nostrils. A hint of honey with something else that’s mouthwatering. Instead of heading for my apartment, I pull in my energy and follow the scent.
My groin tightens from the sight I find as I get to the trash shoot on my floor. My little officer is before me with her phone between her shoulder and her ear as she tosses out her trash.
However, that’s not what has my body hardening. She’s in a thin tank top with a pair of Crocs on her feet. The tank top she has on has risen in the back to reveal a pair of boy shorts that her cheeks are just barely contained in.
“Fuck me,” I mutter under my breath.
I’ve never been interested in a human the way I’m interested in her. I want to push her up against a wall and fuck her senseless for coming out here looking so fucking sexy.
“Thanks, Carson. I know I’m right about this. It’s going to go down on Friday. My captain won’t listen to me, and I’ve been warned to stay away. When you nail that douchebag for attempted murder, I’ll have all I need,” she says into her phone.
She pauses to listen to what’s being said on the other end. I grin and allow my eyes to roam over her toned legs and plump ass. Damn, I wish she could take me.
“No, I appreciate this. Just keep me posted. I want to know that asshole gets what’s coming to him. Good night, Car. Thanks again.”
She ends her call and picks up the last bag of trash to toss it down the shoot. Not able to resist, I move to stand behind her before she turns from throwing the bag out. That’s when I release my energy once again.
She jumps as she feels my presence and looks over her shoulder at me. I catch her phone she has dropped in surprise. I smile down at her and hold her phone out to her.
“You smell amazing,” I dip my head to say into her ear.
“How the hell did you sneak up on me like that?” she breathes.
I give her just enough space to turn and face me. Looking into her eyes, I forget her question. This … this is what I want my mate to look like. Her reddish-brown eyes pop from her face and her lips. I want to taste them so bad. Why the fuck does she smell so fucking good?
“Are you going to answer me?”
“I’m a light walker,” I say close to her lips.
She clears her throat and shakes her head. It’s not lost on me that her eyes fill with a ton of lust and desire. I inhale deeply and the scent of her arousal fills my head.
I place a hand on her waist and draw her close to me. I know I can’t take things far with her, but I want a taste so bad my jaw is ticcing as my mouth waters.
She searches my face with her gaze. I bite back the smile that wants to come to my lips. She clenches her phone to her chest as if that’s enough to keep her from touching me.
“Why do you look so familiar to me?” she asks as the silence stretches between us.
“I don’t know. I would have remembered coming across a face like yours.”
“Are you sure about that? I feel like I’ve run into you in my past,” she says, still searching my face.
