“That’s a fucking understatement,” I reply, tucking my dick back in my boxers and pulling my pants back in place.
We walk back into our reception hand in hand like we were just fucking in the lodge president’s office.
I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with this woman and I’ll be damned if my sunrise wish didn’t come true.

Ten Years Later
It’s been a little over a decade since I fell in love with Jasper, how the time went so fast is beyond me. Maybe that just happens when you're blissfully content in your life. I have four perfect little girls that are the light of our lives and they have their daddy wrapped around their little fingers. They know it. He knows. The guys at the station know it. It’s adorable, really.
The minute their lips start to quiver and they get those big crocodile tears going, he is a goner. For the first two years of us being together, I worked at the station and loved it but one baby turned into two and having two little ones running around a fire station is just asking for trouble. I thought that I would miss being there, but I love being home with my girls.
Turns out all I really wanted to do was to be a mom and wife. To each, their own is my philosophy. For me, it’s perfect. I love taking care of my family, making sure that they know how much I love them every single day.
Jasper was right about my pies and how everyone loves them. The man is always right, but don't tell him I told you that. He'd never let me live it down. Once I started staying home with the kids, my side hustle was born. I had time to make new things, luckily, I had a station full of guys that are willing to try out any creation I come up with. A few years ago, he convinced me to sell them at the farmer’s market and they were a big hit. I don’t make much from it, but there I get something so much better out of it. Pride and a sense of accomplishment. Being a firefighter was something I thought I had to do, but I didn’t. My father loves me for me and so does my husband.
Life has a funny way of working out in the end.
It’s late at night, the little princesses are tucked into bed for the night, and its alone time for Mommy and Daddy. I move over to the bed and stand beside my husband who’s propped up on the headboard watching one of those late-night talk shows, laughing at something the host has said. I climb on top of him, my short baby doll nightgown rising up. His hands move to my hips, the TV forgotten.
“Always no panties, wife,” he says moving closer to me. He’s just wearing some low-slung grey sweatpants that I am getting all wet.
“What do I need them for?” I question, moaning as he kisses my neck after brushing my hair to the side.
“Bad girl,” he admonishes, but I can feel his length begging to be released from the confines of his pants.
Reaching between us, I pull his cock out and stroke it up and down before rising up on my knees and sinking down on him slowly. Slowly enough to torture him. I move up and down a few times, also slowly until he growls and flips me onto my back. The devilish glint in his eye is just what I wanted. His animal side has come out and I know I won’t be walking straight tomorrow. He slams back inside of me, fucking me brutally, but somehow so lovingly that I want to cry.
I love that even though it’s been so long we still can’t and don’t keep our hands off of each other. Jasper told me about his sunrise wish all those years ago, but what he doesn’t know is that I wished on it too.
I wished that we’d be happy together forever no matter what life throws at us. We can handle it as soulmates. The life we’ve built together does nothing but reflect this melding of those two similar wishes made at the same moment.
This life with him is everything and I wouldn’t trade for anything in the world. That’s how you know it’s meant to be.
