In the end, Landon’s lips won out over the bite of pain. His lips, damnit, should be against the law or used as a weapon against our enemies. When the widest part of the toy pushed through my passage, I couldn’t stop the whine/wail that tore from my throat. Was it possible for something to feel so damn good, but hurt so damn bad at the same time?

“That’s it, Micah,” he whispered against my lips. “Take it. Take all of it.” He gave it one last push, and I felt the toy lodge inside me—deep inside me.

“Good boy,” Landon said again. Then, before I could accept his compliment, he flipped me off his lap and I landed on my back with my legs draped over his shoulders. As if that didn’t expose me enough, he grabbed beneath my thighs and pushed them forward, tilting my ass up and giving him a grand view of my plugged ass. “Beautiful, Micah; absolutely beautiful.”

Odd, I didn’t feel beautiful; I felt…vulnerable. Weird. My focus slipped from how stupid I thought I might look spread wide open and looked into Landon’s eyes. They burned with desire as he looked down at me. Heat washed over me, and I no longer felt weird or vulnerable.

I felt fucking powerful.

I smiled up at him, drawing his attention away from my ass. “That was so damn simple. I’m going to be a pro at this.”

“You think so, do you?” he asked.

His voice sounded different—huskier and deeper. His eyes still burned. Beads of sweat coated his flushed face. The muscles in his arms trembled every few seconds. Holy fuck, I’d made the cold-as-ice Landon lose control. That, my friends, was the very definition of power…and it was mine.

“I know so.” Confidence wasn’t my thing. Yes, I faked it when it came to work, but it was all an act. This…whatever this was with Landon, could possibly be the first real thing in my life.

The driver’s voice telling us we’d reached our destination nearly caused me to jump off the bench seat. Could I do this? Wear this plug all day? In front of people?

Landon bent down and kissed the tip of my cock and my eyes rolled back in my head. “Consider it my way of marking you as my own. If anybody asks you, tell them the plug and the ass it’s in belongs to me.”

“Oh, hell,” I groaned. “You can’t say things like that to me. Do you have any idea what that does—how turned on that makes me?”

“Same here, baby boy,” he answered. “Now, get dressed. We’re here and I need to get focused on keeping you safe and you need to focus on being beautiful…and thinking about what I’m going to do to you tonight.”

Well, shit. I was going to be worthless the entire fucking day.

Landon

What in the ever-loving-hell was I thinking? I was a professional. My work performance had always been impeccable. Having any type of relationship with a client was a definite no-no on the list of rules for the agents on our team. Was this even heading in the direction of a relationship? No, it couldn’t be. Micah was way too young and way too high on the fame scale to want to start something with me.

But he did.

My head kept telling me that Micah was different—he wasn’t the spoiled brat that I’d imagined him to be when I’d first read through his file. Micah was special. He was gorgeous on the outside and even more beautiful on the inside. Yeah…I had it bad.

I stood a few feet away from where he sat, getting makeup applied to his already perfect features. Makeup? Why would anybody want to cover up perfection? For Micah’s part, he acted like what must have been considered normal because nobody commented on his constant fidgeting or the way his eyes kept shifting toward me and then back to the mirror in front of him.

Just as I did every few minutes, I scanned the room looking for any potential threats. There’d been no more emails or messages—totally quiet on that end of the spectrum. Was it the calm before the storm or were the threats over? Had the stalker moved on to another victim?

My eyes landed back on Micah and when I saw what they’d done to him, I nearly came in my pants. I’d never really been the type to be ‘into’ guys wearing makeup, but that opinion did a definite three-sixty when I looked at the gorgeous model that I planned on fucking that night. They’d done something with some black eyeliner that…that…

Fuck.

Hell.

Shit.

If I lived to be a hundred, I’d never forget the way Micah looked at that moment in time. I’d never wanted anyone so badly in my life—never felt so damn possessive over anybody other than a family member. When he winked at me, my heart flew around in my chest, did a couple of circles, and then settled into the perfect spot. Nesting—my heart was nesting. The stupid thing thought it had found its mate.
