All the men that have come in tonight have blurred together one after another. Except this one. He caught my eyes from the second he stepped into this place. Like me, I thought he was a bit out of place.
His eyes didn’t linger on the beautiful women on stage or any that passed by him trying to snag his attention. He’d merely glanced around but nothing held his interest. In fact, as I watched him, he looked sort of bored and kept checking his watch.
A few of the other girls commented on him, saying they didn’t spot a ring on his finger, but he didn’t look like he was the buying type. They said something about how all the handsome ones never are. Handsome is putting it mildly. I think a few of the girls would give him a dance for free if he asked. He looked right though everyone, not ever acknowledging an individual other than the bouncer. I’m sure he’s used to women staring at him.
Everything about him is appealing, from his handsome face to his tall, well-built body. I might be short, but I'm curvy. Next to him, I look small and delicate, and I enjoy that more than I should. At least right now anyway.
Cindy, the girl who helped me with my makeup, said he was probably gay. Not only because of his lack of interest in the other girls but also because of how well-groomed he is and the custom suit.
In the short time I’ve gotten to know some of the girls, they have blown me away with how quickly they can size up men. It really is an incredible talent. Being the new girl, they’d sent me over to handle him since there was no money to be made. I guess they were wrong about him after all.
The man steps in closer, leaning down to talk into my ear, because I guess he thought I didn’t hear him the first time. “I want a dance.” His breath makes the loose hairs on my neck tickle my skin. The sensation is borderline erotic.
“I’ll see who is available.” I turn my head at the same time he does, and my mouth grazes his. I jerk back, stumbling over my own feet, but I don’t fall. His arm wraps around my waist, pulling me into him. I gasp when his erection presses into my stomach as he holds me against him.
“I want you.” His hold around my waist tightens.
There’s no stopping the response my body has to him, even if I wanted to. Heat rushes through me and settles between my thighs. I don’t think anyone has ever said those words to me before.
“I don’t dance.” I flex my fingers against his chest.
The man is hard everywhere, and another wave of heat floods my sex. What is wrong with me? I’ve never had this reaction to another person. Then again, no one has ever been so close before. I’m also guessing I’ve never given someone a hard-on either. Why does that make me feel a tiny bit powerful?
“You okay, Chastity?” Benny, one of the bouncers, asks. Sadie introduced me to all of them, but he’s one of the few names I remember.
“Oh, me.” I snap to attention, having already forgotten the name I’ve been given.
Everything happened so fast today. I’d gotten the job, and the next thing I knew I was getting dolled up while someone went over how things go down at Heaven’s Door. Along with me getting a new name. Chastity was the best they could come up with besides outright naming me Virgin.
“I want a dance,” the man holding me says, and he makes no move to let me go.
There is a soft “no touching” rule, but it’s more about groping than touching. I’ve seen a lot of the girls sit in some of the men’s laps, and they touch them here or there. Part of the job is flirting, and with that comes some touching. Sadie told me it’s up to me how much I let them touch. Anywhere except under the panties.
“Chasity doesn’t do dances,” Benny informs him, folding his arms over his chest. I thought Benny was big when I met him earlier. Not so much compared to the man holding me close.
“A grand,” he tosses out without a thought. His face is unreadable.
“Chastity—” Benny starts again.
“Two thousand.”
“Okay,” I blurt out before the man can change his mind.
Two grand. That kind of money would help me rest easy for a while. I’m down to fifty dollars after paying for the next few nights at the extended stay motel I’ve been sleeping at.
“All right.” Benny nods. “Take room five, and she’ll meet you there.”
“Why can’t I take her with me?” he asks, not wanting to let go of me. I swear I catch a note of possessiveness in his tone. Something inside me tells me I need to calm him down.
