“So basically, I think we could potentially benefit from a free use relationship, Jessie. It’s clear you’re down on your luck, whereas I have plenty of money to share. It’s clear we’re attracted to one another too, judging from the way you’ve been checking me out non-stop for the last ten minutes, and I find you very feisty and attractive too. Despite your sassy mouth,” Jethro drawls.
I can hardly believe I’m hearing this.
“You want to have sex with me?” I whisper.
He nods.
“Yeah, but it’s more than that. I’d like free use of your body, honey. That means complete access to it anytime I want, anywhere I want. But of course, I’m willing to set boundaries. You’re welcome to come live with me rent free, and basically, the free use relationship would take place in my condo and on my property. We wouldn’t have to carry it to a place like the Corinthian,” he says, gesturing to the hotel around us.
I stare at him before letting out a small shriek.
“What?” I cry. “I can’t believe you’re proposing this!”
But Jethro doesn’t look startled at all. Instead, he merely shrugs those broad shoulders.
“What are you paying for rent right now, Jessie? Fifteen hundred a month? Sixteen? For a tiny share that’s probably crumbling around your ears?”
I stare at him.
“Seventeen,” is my whisper.
He grins at me.
“Well then, it’s perfect,” he drawls. “Imagine having seventeen hundred to spare every month because you no longer have to pay rent. You’ll be able to buy food. Bags and bags of groceries. You’ll be able to stop at the deli before your shift here, and pick up a sandwich. Hell, you’ll be able to buy real meat and not that disgusting fake bologna you had in your last sandwich,” he says, wrinkling that perfect nose.
I’ve heard enough and hold up a hand.
“Stop. You’re crazy if you think I’d agree to this. I have morals.”
But at that moment, my stomach growls loudly, making Jethro smile, knowing my capitulation is near.
“Morals are great and all,” he concedes. “But hunger is something else entirely. Think about it, sweetheart. This relationship would benefit both of us. I’ll pay for your food and housing, and all you have to do is to be available for my pleasure. In fact, I’ll make sure my cupboard is always full, and that my pantry is stocked to the gills. You’ll never have to skip meals again.”
I bite my lip. “No. Absolutely not. This is totally insane, and you are an insane person.”
He smiles, knowing he has me intrigued. “Maybe, but I can tell you’re thinking about it, Jessie. Besides, we’re attracted to one another, so will it really be that bad? I mean, I can see how I’m affecting you at this very very moment,” he says nodding to my perky nipples. “It’s not cold backstage today, Jessie.”
I slap my arms over my chest, my eyes wide. Oh god, my nipples were beading through my thin t-shirt and I was hoping that Jethro wouldn’t notice because of the dim lighting. But obviously, I was wrong. Yet Jethro’s not bothered because he holds my gaze with his own before ghosting one big hand over the bulge at his crotch.
“Don’t be embarrassed baby because look: you have the same effect on me.”
Then he tugs his dick through the material, just once, emphasizing its massive shape.
“See what you do to me, sweetheart? This will be fun, I promise. Imagine it: a warm place to stay with lots of hot food. A soft bed and a gorgeous man to pleasure you at all hours. I might even feed you grapes, if you’re lucky. Wouldn’t you like that?” he teases.
This is wrong. I should say no, but I can’t deny the appeal of Jethro’s proposition because I’ve been struggling so much recently. I own nothing. I scrape by on groceries nearing their expiration date. My student loans are crushing me, and I’m so tired in class that I can barely even keep my eyes open.
Plus, the lease on my apartment is ending soon, and management just sent me a notice that they’ll be raising the rent by three hundred dollars a month. I was flummoxed when I read it and almost started crying because how can I afford the increase? Is it even legal to do that? But I guess landlords can do anything they want when it comes to market rate rentals, and as a result, I was contemplating selling a kidney. Or participating in some drug trials, just to get the extra cash. No joke.
But now, there’s a light at the end of the tunnel. The path is sketchy, I have to admit because I don’t know Jethro. He could be an axe murderer who secretly killed his ex-girlfriend. Or he could be a swindler who steals bitcoin in his free time, but I guess I’ll have to take my chances. At least I know where he works.
