I try every piece in front of me with renewed vigor and no hesitation whatsoever. Xane and Killian watch on with small laughs of amusement, but I don’t care. This is amazing!
As we finish, Xane settles the check with a rather large stack of Japanese bills. It looks like much more than even an incredibly nice restaurant would normally cost for three people, but I can’t necessarily be sure since I’m entirely unfamiliar with the currency.
As we get into the limo again, which pulled up and was waiting exactly as we exited the restaurant, something dawns on me: I only had that experience because of Xane’s orders.
Is this the life I’d live by submitting to orders?
Chapter 16
Xane
It’s not often I take a woman here. The last one I brought was an absolutely airhead, and she ended up saying some incredibly rude and disrespectful things to my staff.
They don’t speak English, so it didn’t faze them. But that sort of thing doesn’t stand with me. She was on a plane out of the country within the hour.
Girls like that are always disappointing. Nicole though…she’s different.
She’s not only gorgeous but also intelligent. She can hold a conversation, and she understands the world of business. She gets what holds it all together.
Unfortunately for her, in this business, she doesn’t understand one key thing: structure doesn’t always define everything. Sure, it’s great in the office, but there should always be a balance.
You need to learn to let go, and, although I’m not going to get trashed at a tiki bar like some people, it’s still nice to put aside your worries and be calm.
That’s why I come here. I get to relax and listen to things I would usually never hear—like the simple, serene silence, which I never get at the office or at a friend’s place.
Then, I remember that after the past few days, Julia seems much calmer, more collected. Less in her head. It’s really pleasant to see, and I think this is the perfect place for her.
“Through here, please,” I say to Julia. “I have a very special experience set up for you.”
“It’s not another deep tissue massage, is it? I can only handle so much of that!” she says.
“Not quite. It’s a massage, sure, but…different,” I say as I come up behind her.
I slowly pull off each article of her clothing, one by one.
“Nobody…is coming in, are they?” she asks, nervous, but her whole body is flushed from my touch.
“Everyone here is very professional. You have nothing to worry about,” I reassure her as I remove her bra. “This is simply one part of the process. Both for the spa and for being with us guys.”
Just as I finish the sentence, a woman walks in. She smiles reassuringly at Julia after noticing her trepidation and helps her onto the massage table. Then, she arranges Julia’s limbs.
First, she gives Julia a light relaxation massage to get her blood flowing, then she opens a nearby drawer and pulls out a large intricately designed bowl filled to the brim with steaming water.
Floating on the surface of the water are gorgeous white flowers surrounded by other aromatics. Sitting at the bottom are deep black stones.
The masseuse sets the bowl on a nearby table and dips her hand into the water gracefully.
The fragrance of lavender, mint, and lemongrass fills the room as she breaks the tension of the water. Both Killian and I feel the relaxing effects of the scents ourselves, and we aren’t even the focus of everything.
“Atsui,” the attendant says as a warning, though she recognizes that Julia doesn’t know any Japanese.
“She says it’s going to be hot,” I say as she sets the first stone onto Julia’s shoulder.
“Oh! A little bit of an earlier warning would have been appreciated!” Julia exclaims with a flinch. “That’s…that’s really nice, actually.”
I see the effects of the warmth of a single stone spreading across her whole body. With every new stone, she tenses up at the heat for a moment before looking like she could melt over the table.
Eight obsidian stones are now laid over her body. As soon they cool down, the masseuse replaces each stone with fresh, hot ones in the same order she put them down. She repeats this for three full cycles of hot stones before removing them and giving Julia a final relaxing rubdown.
“Oh, wow, this place is crazy,” Julia says. “Everything is so serene, and so…how do you even describe it all? It’s so different!”
“There’s still more to be shown, you know,” I remind her. “The best is yet to come.”
I turn to speak with the masseuse as Killian pulls a silk robe out of a nearby closet for each of us. He drapes it around Julia in a way that shows off as much of her legs as possible.
As he ties it around her, his hands begin to wander, smoothing out the robe at first, but then he quickly moves to blatantly fondling her.
