That wouldn’t be too hard.
“If you don’t stop worrying about my being jealous, I’m going to go into great detail about just how unjealous I can be.” Ian went still and couldn’t seem to decide if he wanted to laugh or blush. “Great detail, cutie.”
He finally groaned, hiding his face and slowly shaking his head. “I just…that’s…”
He was just overwhelmed by how wonderful his Daddy was.
“No more time for worrying or obsessing over how sexy your Daddy is, though, because we’re here.” That got another dramatic sound from my sexy boy. “I love how excited you are, cutie.”
As I parked, I smiled and waved at Cohen, who was leaning against the driver's side door of his car, studying us and looking a bit skeptical…probably because Ian still hadn’t decided to stop hiding yet. “Give Cohen a wave so he’ll stop worrying.”
“Oh god. He can see me.” That didn’t stop the drama that was radiating from him, but he did give Cohen a wave.
Cohen didn’t seem to know quite what to make of the situation. He watched for a few seconds, probably debating what to do, before he walked around to the passenger side.
I wasn’t sure if I should’ve wanted to handle everything myself or not, but doing it together seemed like a better plan than Domming it out by myself. So as Cohen slowly opened Ian’s door, I smiled even wider. “He needs another kiss to help him remember I’m not jealous.”
Cohen’s lips barely quirked up as he crouched down beside Ian. “Cutie, do you need to be saved?”
Oh, that was a good tactic. I was going to have to remember that one.
Ian hadn’t been expecting that because he went very still before nodding. “He was threatening to do terrible things to me.”
Laughing, I nodded. “Yes, like tell him all the fabulous things in my head.”
Cohen barely held back his laughter, reining it in as he took a deep breath. “That does sound very evil. Come here, cutie. I’ll let you pick the movie as a reward for putting up with your Daddy’s shenanigans.”
That had the little traitor turning toward Cohen, peeking through his fingers. “Any movie?”
Cohen nodded like he would’ve promised Ian the world. “Of course.”
“He was very naughty.” Ian seemed to be thoroughly enjoying throwing me under the bus. “He was doing his best to make me squirm.”
Cohen nodded sagely, reaching out and slowly stroking a hand over Ian’s head, playing along perfectly. “Because you’re so cute when you squirm. However, that doesn’t mean he gets to be naughty.”
Oh, he was smooth.
Ian’s hands inched away from his face, but he didn’t seem to know what to do next. “Really?”
Which part was he questioning?
But since this was their moment, I stayed quiet and focused on how wonderfully sweet and absolutely sexy they were together.
“Oh yes, cutie.” Cohen read the moment perfectly, shifting his hand to cup Ian’s cheek. “We both can’t resist it when you’re blushing and squirming and temptingly cute.”
Well, we could resist it, but I wasn’t sure that was necessary, and Cohen didn’t seem to either based on how he slowly leaned in and gave Ian a soft, lingering kiss.
Yep, resistance wasn’t futile, but it was overrated.
As Cohen pulled away from a dumbstruck Ian, I ignored the bad Star Trek joke that had popped into my head and focused on the two men in front of me.
They were utter perfection and as they turned in unison to look at me, my heart stopped for a moment.
“Are you going to behave?” Cohen’s question didn’t help my heart any, or my hard-on, but I couldn’t resist teasing.
“Me? I don’t know what you’re talking about.” My cheeky response had Cohen rolling his eyes as Ian giggled. “You two seem to be a handful today. Maybe I should be the one to pick the movie.”
They shook their heads in sync like they’d timed it perfectly, leaving me laughing as my pup side wanted to roll around with them. But as much as I wanted to play and get pets, I wasn’t sure what Ian would think about that side of me.
Pushing it away for now, I grinned. “Clearly, you’re troublemakers.”
Cohen gave Ian a conspiratorial wink. “Come on. First one in gets to pick.”
Ian’s little side was just close enough to the surface to find that irresistible, so he scrambled out of the car before he even thought about it. “Let’s go.”
Laughing, I followed just slowly enough to make sure they won, earning me a sexy wink from Cohen when we were finally all in the living room. Once the rush to win faded, I thought Ian’s nervousness might come back, but it seemed like another kiss was all he’d needed to push the last of his fears to the side…for now, anyway.
That didn’t mean he knew where to sit, though.
As Cohen started pulling up the streaming options, Ian was not-so-subtly bouncing his gaze around the room. When it’d jumped from me to Cohen to the couch and started all over again, I decided that he needed a bit of help.
