He must’ve sensed the change in me because just as suddenly as whatever that was had built in him, it died Now his hand was gentle as he cupped my cheek, his look nothing but tender, and when he lowered his head and took my lips this time there was no rush, no haste; and yet the passion was no less earth shattering for all its gentleness.

I wrapped my arms and legs around him as pressure built from deep within me and travelled to that tender spot between my thighs. And then he stopped; just stopped all movement and my eyes flew open on his.

“Take it back!” Oh my, he was really serious. I started to tease him mercilessly but something in his look told me this was not the time. And then that hand came around my neck again and squeezed.

“Tell me you’ll never let anyone else have you, that you won’t even want that.”

“I promise!” I brushed the hair back from his temple still not sure that he was being serious but I felt his body’s reaction to my words and knew. I felt a slight pang in my heart that I’d hurt him if even a little.

“It was just a joke Lucien, I would never.”

“I wouldn’t let you, but still, I didn’t like hearing it, especially in my bed.” Could he really be that soft skinned? Or was it only because it was me?

“The second one!” Crap, I forgot he could read my mind.

Lucien

She didn’t bring it up. I thought for sure that she would at least mention the run-in with Sabrina but she didn’t. I didn’t know if that meant she saw it as nothing, or if she was afraid she would be bothering me with something she saw as trivial. In either case I waited for her to mention it all afternoon and she didn’t, not even a hint.

“There’s somewhere I want to take you.” She was still laying splayed out on the bed with her legs open as I trailed my fingers up and down her middle while I rested next to her with my head leaning on my open palm.

I’d had to take her twice more to assuage the rage lust she’d unleashed in me with her incendiary words, words I now knew she’d only uttered to get a rise out of me. That is how I welcomed her nymph to the sky kingdom; she does know how to make an entrance I’ll give her that.

“Let’s go lazy, you’ve been in bed all day.” I pulled her up by her arm and she complained.

“Whose fault is that? I’m hungry, feed me!”

“Yes ma’am!” Her mercurial moods are hard to keep up with, only ten minutes ago I tried feeding her and she claimed not to be interested. I guess my life is now to be run by her whims. Hers and hers son’s.

I rang the bell for the servants after wrapping her up in one of my robes and in less than five minutes a scented bath was made ready in the pool bath which was more like a small lagoon that was fed by a hot spring.

I knew she would love it given her penchant for water, and the fact that it was surrounded by the most exotic flowers to be found anywhere in any kingdom.

She exclaimed with pleasure as she rushed forward losing the robe on the way before stepping into the temperature-controlled water. I got a bit of a start when I caught a glimpse of her tummy before it disappeared beneath the water’s surface.

She seems to have grown since this morning. It’s true her period of gestation will be much shorter than that of a female human, but I hadn’t expected such growth in such a short space of time.

She frolicked in the water while I watched, having one of those moments where I’m still coming to terms with how much my life has changed in the last week.

She sensed my hesitation, that I hadn’t followed her in and turned to look back at me quizzically as she trailed her fingers through the water. The slight smile on her face, so different than our first days together, welcoming, warm, hit me somewhere in the gut.

My cock grew to its full length as her eyes watched and I moved towards the water to join her. She was a in a playful mood because no sooner had my feet touched the smooth stone bottom of the bathing pool than she was taking off for the other side.

Her wild peels of laughter heated my blood and I took after her, catching up to her just as she reached the little grassy knoll that hid the pool from anyone coming into the little alcove. “I’ve got you!”

She looked back over her shoulder at me with that facetious grin.
