I groan and shift my arms beneath her thighs as I bend my knees and bounce her at a more steady rhythm, using my forearms to balance her. My eyes roll in my head as she screams my name hoarsely while locking her fingers in my hair as she tugs.

I feel her warm pussy tightening and know she’s going to come. I growl and bounce her harder. I’m panting as I rock into her.

“Saga,” I groan.

I lick from the base of her throat up to her chin, then take her sexy lips. As she squeezes the life out of my cock, I know I’ll never want anyone the way I want her. I’m inside of her and still crave her so much my chest aches.

“You’re amazing,” I breathe in her ear.

She whimpers incoherently in response. Her body is shaking in my hold. She convulses right off my length as if she’s trying to get away.

With a smile on my lips, I take her right back into the bedroom. It’s only right that I soothe her pussy with my tongue after plowing through her so thoroughly. I kiss her long, slow, and passionately as I hold her body to mine.

“You’re mine, Saga. I can’t let you go,” I whisper into her shoulder as she tucks her face into my neck and sighs.

Saga

“It’s my favorite spot in LA. We have to go when we get back,” he rumbles against my temple.

I snicker. “That tickles.”

“What, when I talk next to your skin like this?” he says, causing me to squirm in the bathwater as I laugh harder.

“Your laugh is like music. I love it.”

“Your voice does something to me. I like that,” I say.

I intentionally avoid the word love. I’m not ready to acknowledge the fact that I’m falling fast and hard for this man wrapped around me.

“How are you feeling?”

“Better.”

“Good,” he says, placing his mouth by my ear as he starts to hum, “Sway.”

He might have been right about that last time. I’m so sore, but the way he danced with me around his waist while singing to me was so sexy. I had to have him.

This bath will have to do for now. I’m in heaven with Bishop humming in my ear and his big arms around me. I should be sleeping, but I can’t seem to find it in me to pass out.

“I don’t want to stay trapped in here all day. Let’s go sightseeing,” I say into the silence.

“No,” he says.

“Why not?” I look at him and pout.

“Saga,” he blows out. “Your ankle. You shouldn’t have been dancing on it. We’re not going to take off running around Atlanta.”

“It’s just a little tender. I’ll be fine,” I say. Reaching to cup his face, I plea. “Please.”

“No,” he shakes his head, that gorgeous smile on his lips.

“When the shows are over, we’ll take the city by storm. Your ankle should be healed by then. Not a moment sooner. I saw you wincing,” he replies.

“It’s the first time you haven’t carried me everywhere. Of course, it will be a little sensitive.”

“You just made my point. It hurts. We’re staying in,” he says firmly.

“I don’t like you,” I say, poking my lip out.

“That’s a shame because I l—”

His words are cut off by the ringing of my phone. Bishop reaches his long arm out of the tub to pluck it up off the top of my robe. When he hands it over, I see it’s my dad calling.

I go to ignore the call, but my gut tells me to answer it. I chew on my lip as I answer. I feel like a teenage girl all over again. I used to hide my boyfriends from my dad, knowing he wouldn’t like the type of guys I was so drawn to.

“Hey, Daddy,” I answer the line.

“Where are you, Saga?”

The hard edge in his tone tells me he already knows the answer to this question or at least has some clue. My stomach turns in knots. I wonder how much he knows.

“Atlanta,” I reply.

“With this… the singer in the news?”

I’m such an idiot. How didn’t I think about the fact that pictures of Bishop and I have been splashed all over papers and news channels everywhere? I was so busy trying to curb the story and do my job that I didn’t think of its real impact or reach.

“Yeah, that’s my boss,” I reply.

“What happened at Carmichael, Pike, and Jeffreys?”

“I was fired, Dad. It’s a long story. One I wanted to tell you in person,” I say.

“How long was I supposed to wait for that to happen?”

“I was actually on my way to tell you when I found my new job,” I say, trying to sound chipper.

The silence that greets me is not good. I know my father. I may be a grown woman, but in my father’s eyes, I will always be his little girl.
