The sounds around him threatened to invade this sanctuary they’d created in the middle of the dance floor. They needed to go home. Now.
He wanted to explore the hardness in Chad’s pants like he wanted to take his next breath. The thought took root, making the deep desire to taste Chad, the newest, most important goal of his life. Ducky tugged away from the kiss. Chad’s hold tightened, his mouth following Ducky’s until he twisted completely away.
“Noo,” Chad moaned. His vice-like hands clamped on to Ducky’s neck and jaw, urging him back into the kiss. “I’ve waited too long.”
The simple frustrated declaration fueled Ducky’s need to leave the bar as quickly as they could. To go somewhere, anywhere they could be alone. He couldn’t care less where.
Why the hell had they decided to take an Uber tonight? He could have sucked the shit out of Chad from the front seat of their rental car. Frustration and longing sent a jolt of aggravation through Ducky.
“Let’s go,” he mouthed inches from Chad’s parted lips.
Chad reared back as Ducky dragged his fingertips down his back until they grabbed both of Chad’s ass cheeks. Those blue eyes turned to slate steel and Ducky was so damned mesmerized.
“Anywhere alone.” Ducky was willing to go to the darkened recesses of the parking lot mere feet away. Screw a blow job, Ducky wanted Chad in his ass, giving him everything he had, and he wanted it while looking up at Chad’s handsome face.
If this was a freak moment in time, he wanted to bottom while memorizing every detail to take with him for the rest of his life.
A wicked grin spread across Chad’s face. The haze of alcohol and lust made it hard to concentrate on anything more than the promise of sated satisfaction hidden within that smile.
“Not anywhere.” Chad shook his head back and forth to drive the point home. “I’ve waited too long for this. We’re doing it right. In my bed. All night long.”
The tremor from such a declaration caused Ducky’s cock to jerk then leak with excitement but stole his ability to speak.
“Let’s go,” Chad said, yet neither moved a single inch. Even with all Ducky’s encouragement to leave, he was afraid if he moved, the dream would vanish into thin air.
“I don’t want to let you go.” Ducky whispered his confession with little hope of being heard in the din of sounds cocooning them.
Compassion and understanding crossed Chad’s face. “Me either. But we gotta go if we wanna finish what we started.”
Chad took the lead, turning Ducky around then nudged him between the shoulder blades, getting him moving toward the doors. Their hands intertwined, as he refused to break their connection completely. The desperation that started with the kiss added to the fever of the grip. Nothing else mattered. Not even the jeering and cheering they got on the way out. He needed this more than any other moment of his life.
“Why’d we Uber tonight?” Chad grumbled, looking at his cell phone’s screen for the closest ride to the bar. In his peripheral vision, he caught Ducky tucking his fingers in his pants pockets. A telltale sign that meant Ducky was drawing into himself.
Chad quickly made the selection and glanced pointedly at Ducky. Their gazes collided. He saw a thousand questions racing through Ducky’s analytical head. At least that was the way he interpreted Ducky’s look. For Chad, all he could focus on was Ducky’s kiss-swollen lips coupled with those burning green eyes, drawing him in like a fly to honey.
He reached for one of Ducky’s hands, pulling it from his pocket, threading their fingers back together. “Don’t pull away.”
“I wish I hadn’t had so much to drink,” Ducky mumbled, some serious thought trying to form on his face. “What happened in there?”
Chad guessed what Ducky actually wanted to know was what had made him finally make a move.
“I wanted that kiss for more years than you’ll ever know.” They were both apparently shit at reading the other’s signs if near strangers had to point out an attraction that had been right before him.
Did they really need to venture into the complicated world of explanations right now?
Based on the confusion mounting on Ducky’s face, he guessed the answer to his question was yes.
“I’m not willing to play games because I’ve lost too much time with you already. I’m into you. I have been for a long, long time.” Chad scanned Ducky’s face, his wrinkled brow. Their time in the Hawaiian sun had brought out Ducky’s natural sun-kissed complexion. Chad’s heart lurched in his chest, freely giving itself to the man in front of him. He stepped into Ducky’s hard body until he was only inches from his beautiful face.
Ducky’s eyes narrowed, as if deciphering what he’d just heard.
“I…” Ducky’s hand tightened around his.
