“And I don’t want you thinking I can’t pick you up. I can. Now lock the damn door so we don’t have to deal with Becks coming in and seeing us all over again.”
She wasn’t going to argue. Just last week, her very best and invasive friend decided it was a good idea to let herself uninvited, only to find her and Hank in the dining room. He was doing something really naughty with some squirt whipped cream, and well, she was completely naked. They both were, and Becks got a good view of the two of them.
“Door locked,” she said.
“Living room.”
“What’s in the living room?”
He didn’t need to respond to her question. The moment they stepped foot over the threshold, she saw. Roses covered the floor. Wine bottles sat cooling in ice. Flowers in vases. The light was turned low and she finally heard the music.
Hank lowered her to the floor and turned toward her. Both of his hands cupped her face and he tilted her head back to look at her. “Happy one-month anniversary,” he said.
“How did you do all of this?”
“I took a break. Stole your key and did all of this.” He kissed her. He took the bag from her, and when he broke the kiss, he started to undress her.
“Ah, I see where we’re going with this.”
“I’m going to have you screaming my name, and then I’m going to feed you. I’ve already got a potato casserole keeping warm in the oven.”
“Let me guess, Becks gave you the recipe?”
“She made it for me so tonight would be perfect and I can spend all of my time devoted to you and making you feel good.”
“I guess she wants to be the best friend who gets me laid.”
He chuckled. “I don’t care but my dick is very grateful.”
She closed her eyes as his lips started to trail down her body. He felt so good as he removed her clothes.
When she tried to do the same for him, he swatted her hands out of the way. “I don’t want any help. This is all about you.”
“But it’s our anniversary.”
“And you will get your chance, but seeing as I’m the one to remember this one, I get a say in what we do.” He kissed her again, harder this time.
She melted against him. “You know, you’re turning into the most amazing boyfriend.”
“I want you to remember that for a long time to come. I’m not going to be giving up on you or us.”
His words confused her and she didn’t know what to make of them. As he took her to the floor, she didn’t care. His mouth traveled down her body, making her forget everything else that ever existed. All that remained was him and everything about him. She spread her legs wide as he tasted her, bringing her to the brink of orgasm but not allowing her to go over the edge.
He kept her there, poised, desperate. Only when she begged enough did he throw her over the edge and into bliss.
Wrapping her arms around his neck, she held on to him as he kissed her hard. His tongue tracing across her lips then down to her neck. She screamed his name as he slid in deep, his cock making her forget even her own name as he worked her body.
He pressed her hands either side of her head, and she was completely at his mercy. He was the one who held the control. His thrusts went harder, deeper, driving within her and as she moved up to meet him with each slam, she was there to take it. He touched a part of her she didn’t know existed. She wasn’t sure where she began or ended, but it was a combination of pleasure and need.
“Fuck, Sally, I can’t believe you’re all mine. I’m never going to let you go.”
He constantly made comments that completely blew her away. She wasn’t ready for them, but she felt herself falling for him, just a little more, every single day.

“We’re going to need to have a talk,” he said, stroking a finger down the base of her back.
“A talk?”
“Yep, a serious talk.” He curled across one rounded butt cheek, then the other, needing to touch her.
“What about?”
“Pregnancy.”
She chuckled. “Ah, you’re finally figuring out there’s a big problem with the fact we haven’t been using condoms.”
“Big problem. A whole nine-months-and-then-until-we-die problem.”
“You don’t think kids are problems until they’re eighteen and then someone else’s when they go off to college.”
“Nope. They’re our problem until we die.”
“Sucks.”
“Big time.” He winked at her. “So, how about it then, baby? Are you going to tell me what kind of problem we’re facing?” he asked.
“We’re not going to be facing any kind of problem.”
“We’re not?”
“I’m on the pill. So we’re not going to have to deal with kids or any babies. I know it’s not a hundred percent effective, but it’s been working wonders so far, don’t you think?”
