Snow finished putting in the credit card information and the site instantly changed to something much darker. The background went from red to black and the thumbnail images for the videos took on a more sinister feel. There was now more of a mix of heterosexual and homosexual images. But now, many of the people didn’t even look legal. The categories changed from typical BDSM and playful fetish to kidnapped and non-con. And judging by the expressions of pain and terror, Snow was willing to bet that these people were not acting.

Jude covered his mouth with his hand and swallowed hard as if he was struggling to keep his dinner down. Dread ran like ice through Snow’s veins, and he hesitated to continue. But Snow slowly scrolled lower on the page. Jude’s harsh gasp drew Snow’s eyes down to a thumbnail that clearly displayed Jordan’s face, his mouth stretched in what looked to be a scream while a large man in a mask was positioned behind him.

“My brother’s not gay,” Jude said on a noisy gulp of air. “He’s-he’s-he’s not into anal sex.”

Snow knew that too, which meant this video was of only one thing.

It took two tries to get the mouse click to register and the video to start to load. Bile rose in his throat and Snow was sure he was going to be sick. He’d lived through all kinds of painful and gory moments in his life, but it all seemed to pale as they waited for the screen to change from black to a bare white-walled room. There was a large, sturdy framed bed in the center of the screen and a dingy mattress with no sheets.

Jordan lay in the center, his hands and legs tied. And he was absolutely terrified. There was no faking it. No acting. Jordan feared for his life, and he had not chosen to be there.

A huge, bare-chested man straddled him. He wore a mask that hid his hair and face completely, but he’d not been smart enough to cover the tattoos that were liberally spread across his arms and chest. The man wielded his fists and there was nothing consensual about any of it. Jordan’s head whipped to the sides over and over as huge, meaty fists pounded his face. Blood spattered the walls and the bed. The guy wasn’t holding back; there were no safe words being voiced. Jordan’s whimpers and cries jumped from the computer speakers and filled the room so that there was no escaping what was playing before them.

Jordan took a beating unlike any BDSM scene Snow had ever witnessed. It was more akin to the types of things that he’d been into before he’d met Jude. But while the pain he sought in those dark sex clubs had been brutal and vicious, every bit of it had been consensual. Jordan begged for the man to stop, but the fucker never slowed.

When Jordan lay there quietly sobbing, no longer even trying to protect his face and body with his hands, the man climbed off Jordan. Snow inwardly pleaded for this whole incident to finally be over. The man grabbed Jordan by the shoulders and tossed him on his stomach toward the end of the bed so that he was facing the camera. He then lined up behind Jordan. Thick, blunt fingers grabbed Jordan’s hips and spread his cheeks.

New life burst forth into Jordan and he started struggling again. He twisted and grabbed at the bed frame, desperate to break free of the man’s hold all while pleading for him to stop. The cries were choked and high pitched as he screamed for help.

“No!” Jude howled. Snow looked over to find tears streaming down Jude’s face. He held the edge of the desk with both hands, his knuckles white. Jude cried out again, but this time it was perfectly timed with a new scream of pain from Jordan.

Jude turned and fell to his knees, grabbing the trash can next to the desk. Violent heaves wracked Jude’s body, forcing the contents from his stomach. Snow whipped around, stopped the video, and turned off the computer screen so they no longer had to look at the vision of Jordan being raped.

The room fell deathly silent except for the fractured sobs and painful heaves coming from Jude on the floor. Snow closed his eyes and took his own steadying breath, needing a moment to push aside those images before he could even reach out to Jude.

Very slowly, he laid his hand on Jude’s back, hating to see how he initially flinched at the contact. He didn’t know what to say. There was nothing he could say that would ever make this better. Jude had watched his baby brother get beaten and violated. There was no taking back that moment, no going back to the life he and his brother had before.
