“You really do.” Dunn reached inside the swath of fabric and unbuttoned the cuffs to free me. “I’ve always thought so.”
“You have?”
Dunn threw my shirt toward the bed to join my vest. “Yeah, Tuck.” He grinned up at me, and I swear, it nearly stopped my heart. “I have. Now stop interrupting me when your dick and I were about to get friendly.”
He wrapped his hand around me again and lapped at the head of my cock, and I threw my head back to the ceiling. “Hooooly shit.”
Then Dunn snickered, and I quickly looked back down because I did not want to miss a single second of this.
Dunn’s golden-brown hair glinted in the firelight, while shadows danced along the muscles of his spine. I’d known this man for years and years, but seeing him like this felt like seeing him for the first time. And as he opened his mouth around me with zero hesitation, the way Dunn did most things, a tiny piece of the wall I’d built around myself last November cracked.
No one watching this could doubt that Dunn was seriously, seriously into it. His cheeks were flushed and his eyes watered, just a little, but he managed to find a rhythm using his hand and mouth that made my knees literally spasm for a moment there, which would have been mortifying if I’d been with anyone else.
He popped off for a second, his mouth shiny and wet, and pushed me back a pace, and then another, until the backs of my knees hit the edge of the bed and I sat down.
“Easier this way anyway,” he said hoarsely, crawling after me. His voice was wrecked from arousal and—good fucking gravy, there was a thought—blowing me.
He looked so darn pleased with himself, kneeling between my legs, that I couldn’t help kissing his smile and tasting myself on his tongue. He let the kiss go on for several beats, but then he pushed me back. “Busy now,” he said, stroking me lightly with his fist. “More kissing later.”
“Ah, fuck,” I groaned as his mouth stretched around me again and he sucked me down. I pushed my head against the bed and arched my back, then reached out a hand to touch Dunn’s hair because despite how intimate we already were, I wanted even more connection. Always. “So good, Dunn, baby… Shit. Don’t stop.”
He didn’t. His gorgeous face looked set and determined, and his eyes sparked like this was some kind of competition—which, knowing Dunn, was exactly what he was thinking—and he licked and sucked and stroked me off with increased fervor, like making me come right then was the reason for his existence.
I’d never felt anything so good in my life, and that was a fact, but when the fingers of his free hand tangled with mine like he couldn’t get enough connection with me either, that was what finally made me lose my mind.
“Dunn!” I cried, clenching his fingers tighter, and my mind fragmented into a billion pieces as my orgasm barreled through me.
It felt like a hundred years before I could do more than blink up at the ceiling, though it was probably only a couple minutes. I was dimly aware of Dunn shucking his underwear, then taking off my boots and socks and jeans, before crawling into the double bed beside me and folding the quilt over the both of us.
“Wait!” I argued. “You…”
“Came in my undies like I was thirteen?” Dunn said ruefully, stroking his big hand up my back. “Yes, I did. Thanks for bringing it up.”
Thunder boomed outside the cabin, and rain lashed down against the windows like a gray curtain, making the cabin feel like our own peaceful cocoon.
I snickered and shivered closer to him. “I was almost the same the other night. I couldn’t stop myself.”
“At least you came on me. That would’ve been way hotter.” Dunn pressed a kiss to my forehead. “Oh, shit. Next time, I’m totally coming all over you. Brace yourself.”
Next time. Huh.
“Y’okay?” Dunn asked. He pulled back a little so he could see my face.
“Me?” I snorted. “Yeah. I just came so hard it probably registered on the Richter scale. And I’m not the one who just blew a guy for the first time either.” I propped myself up on my elbow so I could look down at him. “That’s kind of a big deal.”
He squinted up at me. “Is it, though? I just did to you what I’ve liked other people to do to me and hoped it worked.” He shrugged. “I mean, it is kind of a big deal, ’cause it’s you and me, and it’s special. But it’s also not a big deal, ’cause it’s you and me, and you always make me feel confident, even though we both know I can be kind of an idiot.”
