“Oh, pup, when are you going to see how much we adore you? We’re not going anywhere,” David said as Jordan crawled over him and hugged me. “There are so many kinds of love, and we’re human. We have great capacity for it. I do love Tony. I always will, but not the same way I did. Not the way I love the two of you. Maybe the way you care for Finley.”
It made sense. Logically, I knew that. I loved Fin with all my heart, but I wouldn’t leave David and Jordan for him. The emotion was different. I hadn’t had much of it in my life, but now, now I was full of it. “I’m learning,” I replied.
“Good boy,” David said, then asked Jordan, “You’re okay? I’m sorry I didn’t understand what was happening while I was away.”
“I’m okay. I was scared and worried, but Ian came back…you came back. I…” Jordan turned to David, nuzzled his chest. “Will you go with me soon? You and Ian both? To talk to Granny? I’m going to move in, and I want you both by my side. I’ve been trying to deal with it on my own, but I don’t have to, do I? We’ll all deal with everything together from now on.”
“Together,” David confirmed.
We lay there together and talked about the night before, about what we’d done, checking in with each other, David always making sure we were okay and on the same page. I confirmed how much I loved what we’d done, told him I was going to talk to Aidan about it more so that I could be the best for them.
Afterward, we went into the bathroom together. We took off David’s lacy panties, and Jordan asked if he could hold our cocks while we peed. The three of us showered together, kissing and touching and cleaning, then got dressed and went down for breakfast.
David called the hospital to check on Tony while Jordan and I made him food, being there for our Dominant, the way he was always there for us. Tony was doing better, and they thought he could get out of the ICU as soon as that night or the next day, and into a bed on a regular floor.
After we ate, I figured David would be heading back to the hospital, but he asked, “Can you both go with me? I’d like you by my side.”
“Of course,” Jordan replied.
“Thank you, Sir,” I added, knowing it was true, that no matter what happened, no matter if things got hard, we would always deal with it together.
CHAPTER FORTY-FOUR
Jordan
The next couple of weeks were crazy busy, after everything with Tony. He was in rehab now. Ian and I had met him more than once. He was a good man, and he loved David. They were like family, and he accepted us as well. He made sure we knew he just wanted David to be happy.
I hadn’t officially moved out of Granny’s house, but I hadn’t slept there since the night Ian took care of us. I’d talked to Granny, though, and we’d chosen a day for her to come over to the house for lunch—and that was happening today.
I was nervous for Granny to arrive. David and Ian had been trying to calm me down all day, but I just… I wanted her to understand. I needed her support.
“Are you okay?” David asked. “Is there anything I can do for you before she gets here?”
“No, but thank you for asking.”
“It’ll be okay, kitten. We’ll work it out,” he replied just as the doorbell rang.
“Do you want me to get it?” Ian asked, having just come downstairs. I could see the trepidation in his eyes. Family was a struggle for him, and this wouldn’t be the same as when we met Zoey and Cheryl.
“No, I’ll do it,” I replied.
I shook out my hands, went for the door, and opened it. “Hey, you.” I hugged her.
“How’s my favorite grandson?”
I was her only grandson. Still, I smiled. “He’s glad he’s still your favorite.”
She frowned. “You always will be, even if I disagree with your choices.”
I wanted her to agree, God, how much I wanted her to, but I couldn’t force it. “You remember Ian and David.” They were waiting behind me, side by side.
“I hope you found the place easily,” David said. “I appreciate your coming here. No matter what, we both love Jordan and want what’s best for him. I hope you know that I do love him. There’s nothing I wouldn’t do to make him happy.”
“Yet you love the other boy too?”
“Granny—”
“No, it’s fine. That’s why we’re here,” David said. “Come in and sit down. We’ll talk.”
She nodded and followed him. Ian grabbed my hand in support. When she took a seat on the couch, I asked, “Do you want a drink, Granny?”
