“I was trying to impress you.”
His words shocked her, and she looked back to him. “What?”
He nodded and took a step toward her.
“I saw the way you watched Rys when he did reckless things.”
“Dude, I wouldn’t call swinging from a rope reckless.”
William didn’t look at Rys or respond to his statement. Janey did, however, feel Rys move closer to her back. It was hot as hell, and being between two larger-than-life men had her temperature rising like she was walking through a forest fire.
“When you dared me, I knew you were joking. You didn’t think I would do it. I was always the safe brother, the twin who played by the rules.” He took another step closer until his chest brushed along hers. “It may not have seemed like a big deal, jumping into the lake from a damn rope, but I climbed those wooden steps, because the way your eyes lit up gave me courage to do it.”
“Courage?” She looked into his eyes. It might not have been the biggest admission ever made, but because he shared it meant the world to her.
“I was scared shitless, Janey, but I wanted to impress you so damn bad.” He lowered his head until their lips were an inch apart. “Even though I had no clue what love was, I knew I loved you. So damn much.” He crushed his lips to hers, and Jane let her body melt into his. He tasted so good, light mint and something spicy, male.
His tongue dipped into her mouth and stroked every inch inside. His kiss was very different from Rys’s. Whereas Rys was more aggressive and took what he wanted, William eased her into it, caressed her, and took his time. Once again, she was reminded of the difference between the two of them and how each one complemented the other. She wanted both of them, and how wrong was that?
While William made love to her mouth, Rys slid his fingers along her arms, causing her to shiver despite the stifling heat. William cupped her cheeks, tilting her head and deepening the kiss. It was clear he had no intention of stopping the kiss any time soon, and she was quite all right with that. Her nipples were hard points, and the junction between her thighs was tingling and swelling with blood.
Her arousal took her breath away, made her dizzy, and had her gripping William’s thick biceps. The muscles bunched beneath her touch, and she curled her fingers around him, bringing him as close as possible.
A little moan escaped her, and he ate it up and gave her more.
Chapter 9
Rys continued his slow, sensual path along her body. When his hands spanned her belly and jerked her back, she gasped. His thick, hard erection pressed against her lower back, confirming that she wasn’t imagining him wanting her. As if William read her mind, he pressed his hips into her belly, showing her that she must have slipped into an alternate universe, because both men wanted her.
They didn’t seem disgusted that she was making out with one and letting the other dry-fuck her from the back. As if she was possessed and her shyness and embarrassment evaporated, Jane popped her ass out, grinding it in Rys’s groin and feeling pleasure when he groaned in response. She moved her hands down William’s arms, over his bulging pecs, across his rippled abdomen, and boldly placed her open palm on his shaft that was screaming to be released from the confines of his trunks.
His dick jerked beneath the material, and she curled her hand around it. Well, as much as she could with the clothing between them.
Her pussy ached to be filled, was soaking wet in anticipation of their penetration. The one and only time she had sex was almost ten years ago, and it had left much to be desired. The boy had been eighteen, and she had been seventeen. He had been passing through, visiting family, and she had immediately been attracted to his bad-boy appeal.
Although her past tried to control her, she knew she had to move beyond it. If she allowed it to define who she was, she would never get anywhere in life. So, when he passed through, she had given herself to him. The sex had been in the back of his rusted-out pickup truck on the very land they stood on. Oh, it hadn’t been this exact spot, because she would never dream of bringing anyone but Rys and William to their secret place, but the lake had been their backdrop and the full moon their nightlight.
The night had been sticky and sweaty, just like the sex. He had taken her virginity without much consideration, and the whole thing and been over with almost before it had even started. She had to give him credit though. He had taken her once more but didn’t care whether she got off or not. She had spent that half hour looking at the sky and picturing two boys that she wished were there with her instead.
