Forget sunrise, by the time my eyes drifted shut two hours later, I knew the answer and it was a bad answer for a sexy one night stand.

All of him, I wanted to keep every inch of him just for myself.

“Orgasms and breakfast? Did I hit the lottery when I wasn’t paying attention?” I heard the smile in her face before I turned around.

Last night I saw every inch of her. Tasted every inch of her but still, I was taken aback by the sight of her in nothing but my blank tank top. Her tits were small but they were a perfect mouthful, and the way the sides peeked out the armholes had my cock raising his morning flag.

“Good morning.”

Her gaze raked over my body in nothing but a pair of boxer briefs, heat and appreciation darkened her gaze noticeably. “Very good morning. Sleep well?”

I nodded. “Yeah, I did. You?”

She clasped her hands together and nodded. “Excellent. It was a nice deep sleep. You smell good, and I didn’t dream about my uncertain future, or my premature retirement. Add in a few orgasms and I’m feeling great.” She took another step forward. “Plus a hot guy is making me breakfast.”

“So, no regrets?”

“None. Well, maybe that I didn’t get a chance to finish,” she smirked and glanced down at my half-chub. “Otherwise, none at all.”

“Good. I had a really good time with you. Hungry?” The kitchen was filled with the scent of bacon and eggs.

Rob nibbled her bottom lip and glanced at the pile of cheesy eggs on the counter, her gaze uncertain.

I tried to stifle a groan, but I was unsuccessful. “Are you one of those women who’s always on a diet?” Those women were annoying as fuck. “If so, I think there’s some romaine lettuce in my fridge. Can’t say whether it’s any good or not though.” I waited, unsure what to do or say, so I stayed quiet.

Eventually Rob laughed and shook her head. “I’m not on a diet, not anymore, but enjoying the foods I love without worrying about bloat is something I’m still working on.”

Did she have an eating disorder?

Rob frowned and then she smiled. “You really don’t know?”

I took a step back wondering if I’d brought home a nutjob. “I’m not sure what you’re talking about.”

She smiled even bigger at that.

“There’s plenty I don’t know. Want to narrow it down?”

She shook her head, sable brown hair falling around her bare shoulders. “I kind of don’t want to, because this is really nice and I don’t want it to change.” Her smile dimmed and she licked her lips. “Everyone in Holiday Grove calls me Rob, but most of the world knows me as Robin Willows.”

I gathered that name was supposed to mean something to me, so I tried my best to reply accordingly. “Actress?”

She shook her head. “Model. Former, or more accurately, retired model.”

That shocked me. “You seem a little young to be retired.”

She laughed. “That’s the surprising part?”

“Kind of, yeah.”

She laughed again, a sound that I was starting to like entirely too much. “I would’ve thought so too, but I was beat out of my last contract by a sixteen year old, which makes me feel ancient.”

“You have more of your life ahead of you than you’ve lived,” I said, my voice a grumble.

She waved off my sympathy. “It’s part of the game, and I knew that when I left home at eighteen to conquer the modeling world, but twenty-six snuck up on me fast.”

I laughed. “Then celebrate retirement with a good breakfast. I insist.”

“Well, if you insist.” Her lips curled up and her expression was teasing. “How can I resist?”

She couldn’t, in fact she put a decent dent in the food between peppering me with questions. “Making up for lost time?”

“I think so.” That she was able to laugh at herself, was so refreshing and a damn turn on. When she was finally done eating, Rob sat back and watched me. “What’re you doing the rest of the day?”

I wasn’t sure how to answer that. Was I ready to date? The last time I attempted a relationship, it got messy and ended horribly.

She didn’t wait for a reply. “I planned to go on a hike today, and after that lunch. You can come if you want, and if you don’t, that’s cool too.”

She left it in my hands. No pressure or coercion, and no drama. She refilled her coffee cup and finished it with a satisfied sigh.

“Sure, I’ll come.”

The smile she sent me was beautiful and happy, as if she got the answer she wanted. “Great.”

Hiking with a model.

Four words I never thought I’d say in my life, never mind when I moved to the tiny town of Holiday Grove.

Days had passed since that unforgettable night with the sexy lumberjack bartender, four days to be exact, and I still hadn’t stopped thinking about that night. About the man. Most of all, about all the delightfully wicked things he’d done to my body. I’d had sex before, obviously. I’d even had really good sex before, but nothing like what I’d experienced with a virtual stranger.
